Comparison
Campiqo compared with CRM and sales engagement tools
A CRM is the system of record for relationships and pipeline. Campiqo is a discovery and campaign creation layer that feeds it.

How the categories differ
CRM systems record what happened with accounts you already know about. They are the correct home for pipeline, ownership and forecasting, and Campiqo does not attempt to replace that.
Campiqo works earlier in the sequence: which organisations should be in the pipeline at all, given what you sell. Planned CRM integrations write prioritised leads and campaign activity into the CRM rather than keeping a parallel system of record.
The practical test is whether your team's difficulty is managing known relationships or identifying which relationships to start.
Side by side
| Dimension | Campiqo | What to check on the other side |
|---|---|---|
| System of record | No — the CRM remains the record | Planned integrations write to the CRM rather than duplicate it. |
| Discovery | Generates candidate segments from product attributes | CRMs generally require the account to already exist. |
| Campaign drafting | Grounded in structured product data | Sales engagement tools typically use manual templates. |
| Prioritisation | Transparent factors shown on every lead | Compare against your CRM's scoring configuration. |
How we compare
We describe our own product precisely and describe other categories in general terms. We do not publish claims about a specific competitor's current feature set, because those change faster than any comparison page can be maintained honestly.
